    Please use this questionnaire to provide your Live Streaming / Virtual Event requirements.
  • What is your budget?
    Please provide a ballpark figure for this project.
  • What is the date and location of the live stream/virtual event?
  • Will there be dedicated ethernet access and fast upload speed (min 20mbps+)?
    Please give contact information of IT person responsible at venue. (Only if event will be held at a venue)
  • How many cameras do you require?
    Our basic videography package comprises of two cameras, one for close angle and one for wide angle. Do you require additional cameras, perhaps for audience reaction or alternative camera angles? (Only if event will be held at a venue)
  • Is this your first Live Stream / Virtual Event? Have you produced similar events?
    Please describe your previous event and provide a link so we can understand your past experience.
  • Do you have a preferred streaming provider?
    We stream to all social media platforms including: Zoom, YouTube, Facebook and Skype etc.
    Please indicate which platform you require. We can also simulcast to multiple platforms. Please let us know if this is your preferred method.
  • Please describe your program in detail.
    Does your Live Stream / Virtual Event program include key note presenters, a panel discussion, remote guests etc. Please describe in detail how the event is envisioned.
  • What will your Live Streaming / Virtual Event program include:
    Will it include any of the following: Power Point presentation slides, pre-recorded video clips, motion graphics, logos, lower third titles, a countdown timer. and any requirements not listed.
  • Do you need a chat option?

  • Do you require a password protected live stream?

  • Who are your audience?
    How many attendees do you expect will attend? Where are they located, mainly locally, nationally internationally or combination. Will there be interactive guests, please describe?
  • Will there be a host or moderator for the event?

  • Do you require an event recording after the event?
    We can provide a high quality 1080p resolution recording of your event. Where will it be deployed to?
  • What is the overall objective and takeaway of the Live Stream / Virtual Event?
  • Describe the venue, staging and position of key focus.
    This is useful information so we have a good grasp of the venue before we arrive.
    If possible, please provide schematic diagrams, a floor plan, photos of venue if possible. (For on site venue shoots only)
  • Please describe your audio requirements for the venue?
    Please give as much detail so we can accommodate, for example, how many attendees you expect, what is the size of the event space, how many mics, what type of mics? (lavaliers or hand mics), do you require monitors on stage etc. (For on site venue shoots only)
